* Call Multi-VIM REST API via Envoy
* Integrate MSB Discovery to Pilot via Consul plugin-done
* An agent to watch the MSB Discovery and put route rules to Pilot-80%
* User UI for Istio routing rules - 50%

Casablanca Istio Integration Candidates: VF-C and Multi-VIM

We need a use case which goes through VF-C and Multi-VIM to verify Istio integration. Ideally, this use case doesn't involve any specific hardwar, so it can be easily verified in ONAP lab.
