Background description

For M2/M3, SDC needs to complete SDC-3207 (no review pending for more than 36h); unfortunately, some pending reviews are admin tasks (INFO.yaml) and since the change in committers/PTL they require some more admin work to complete

Also, other remaining reviews are on DCAE-DS which is in the process of being archived (Arch Subcomittee review happened and is ok, the process of archiving will be started)

This means there will be pending open reviews until these admin tasks completes

Schedule impact

We don't expect schedule impacts on other milestones since the remaining tasks are on admin tasks only

Recovery plan

We have started the admin tasks in parallel and hope for resolution in the coming weeks, our plan is to have them complete by Aug 21

Risk

Since the pending reviews only affects repositories that are anyways going to be archived, I don't see any risks.
