Decision:
As per the ONAP documentation for ReadTheDocs structure, we have planned to place SDN-R documentation in the ccsdk/features shown in green in below structure.

Discussion is ongoing how to create submodule feature.git pointing to ccsdk/feature.git and how the master-index.rst will be referencing to the index.rst in features/docs
Outcome: To discuss with ONAP team how to create submodule structure and reference index.rst to master-index.rst ?
