R4 ONAP Internal DM based on TOSCA 1.2

In Casablanca, the internal DM was based on TOSCA 1.1 (http://docs.oasis-open.org/tosca/TOSCA-Simple-Profile-YAML/v1.1/TOSCA-Simple-Profile-YAML-v1.1.html).

In Dublin, the internal DM gets "upgraded" to use newer grammar constructs and normative types introduced in TOSCA 1.2 (https://docs.oasis-open.org/tosca/TOSCA-Simple-Profile-YAML/v1.2/TOSCA-Simple-Profile-YAML-v1.2.html).

More specifically, the upgrade includes:

• Replacing the TOSCA normative types to those specified in TOSCA 1.2
• Making use of improvements introduced by TOSCA 1.2 in the substitution mapping syntax
