When providing your visa information, if there is any of your personal information on invitation letter does not match your passport, your visa application may be rejected. When filling out your visa information, please be sure the information provided matches exactly how it appears on your passport.
In addition, a scanned copy of the invitation letter is typically accepted by local Chinese Embassies / Consulates for processing visa requests. Huawei will email a scanned copy of the invitation letter directly to you. We advise that you check with your local Chinese Embassy / Consulate and ask if an emailed version of the letter is acceptable or if they require an original invitation letter for visa requests. If an original visa letter is needed, email Ben Yang yangbangwen@huawei.comwith subject "Invitation letter request for ONAP Developer Summit meeting", request an original copy of the invitation letter, and they will provide one week after receiving the email request.
China Telecom is providing shuttle bus from Shaoyaoju station (a railway station on line 10) to CTBRI in the morning and go back in the evening.
On-Site Security & Badging
A site issued registration card will be provided for all attendees. This badge will be used for access for the event space, parking, hotel shuttle and meals (where appropriate). The opposite side of the badge will provide information helpful to all attendees, including:

Local emergency contact information
on the shuttle schedule
guest wifi information
Parking

Cancellation/No-Show Fee
There is no cost to participate in the ONAP Developer Event. You will only be charged a cancellation/no-show fee of $50.00 USD if you do not cancel by 08:00 PST on Tuesday, September 19 or do not attend the event.
