5	Unmaintained helm charts removal	Krzysztof Opasiak Sylvain Desbureaux	There are some helm charts like pnda which are not maintained for a few releases in a row Based on decision made in Frankfurt they are disabled by default No single override is enabling it Instead of keeping this dead code forever we propose to remove it It can be always reintroduced with git revert if there is a volunteer in the community who is willing to maintain it Previous TSC decision on 16/04/2020 https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/2020+TSC+Decisions TSC approved to Disable jenkins jobs incl.
