On August 6th, 96% Requirements (Usecases, functional and non functional reqs) approved by TSC + 4 projects: CLAMP, CCSDK, Holmes, SDNC
REQ-379 - #AGREED the TSC agrees that only GPL v3 should be removed from the containers for the Guilin Release, distributed by the ONAP Community - Tool to detect GPL v3 - Tern - https://github.com/tern-tools/tern
