M3 Milestone Discussion
- See Policy R1 Deliverables for API Freeze Milestone Checklist Template
- August 24 is due date.
- Need to review APIs with ARC.
- Please mark JIRA stories as done.

- Team needs help with CSIT testing
Documentation
- Wiki needs updated. How things work, etc. These are the pages under Software Documentation. This is for general user coming in.
- Holmes update from Guangrong Fu? No items.
VNF Policy Subteam
- Alex is formally submitting EPA as a use case for R2. This includes 5G use cases for placement and operation.
- How to specify Policies for VNF.
- Need to have meetings with AAI and Optimization Framework.
- Need to talk about R2 use cases
- Need help around PDP and how the engines will work
- How will Policies be expressed at development time versus run time policies. Will base future modeling on TOSCA and the ETSI specs. We can influence the way Specs are developed for TOSCA. ETSI does not have policies but TOSCA can support this.
- For R1, for VNF, there will be no policies, only hardware requirements and telemetry. This is how to express policies for VNFs coming in from different companies. For R1, everything is done through Control Loop. There are two types of policy specs for R1.
- CLAMP and VES are used for telemetry. Go to CLAMP to create the control loop.
- For R2, need to integrate the Policy GUI with SDC.
