In service-instance, I annotated some fields which are either IN the relevant descriptor (service type, service role, persona model version) or are actually the keys to the descriptor. None of these should be in the service-instance as attributes at the info modeing level. It may be appropriate to put them into a data model for, e.g., performance reasons.
