Bio and Photo

Keguang He

With over 15 years of experience as a software architecture engineer at China Mobile, my expertise lies in autonomous networks, AI-related technologies, and intent-based networking solutions. Since joining the ONAP community in 2019, I have  been an active contributor, dedicating over 30,000 lines of code to use cases such as end-to-end network slicing, test topology auto design, intent-based networking, LLM, and MaaS.

Beyond my contributions within ONAP, I have also played a significant role in various standards organizations, serving as a rapporteur and guiding project progress in NFV and CCSA. I have contributed to drafting standard documents for 3GPP,  TMForum, and ITU, advocating for the advancement of related standards.

Having served as the ONAP TSC Vice Chair over the past year, I have focused on enhancing ONAP's influence and fostering collaboration with standards organizations.

  1. Delivering ONAP-related presentations within China Mobile and showcasing China Mobile's practical achievements based on ONAP at TSC meetings.

  1. Serving as the ONAP and NFV Liaison Officer, presenting at three NFV plenary sessions.

  1. Leading the ONAP UUI project as the Project Technical Lead (PTL), ensuring its alignment with community requirements and overseeing its day-to-day operations.

  1. Driving the development of LLM and MaaS requirements, with ongoing work on "REQ-1593 R15: Q&A Assistant based on MaaS" in the Oslo release.

Should I be granted the opportunity to continue as the ONAP TSC Vice Chair, I am committed to further enhancing ONAP's impact through the following initiatives:

  1. As the rapporteur owner, I will continue to integrate cutting-edge technologies like LLM and MaaS into ONAP.

  1. I will continue to serve as the Liaison Officer between ONAP and other standards organizations, promoting ONAP's value across different forums and fostering enhanced collaboration.

  1. I will disseminate ONAP's achievements through various meetings, both within China Mobile and other platforms, encouraging our team to make greater contributions to the ONAP and LFN communities.

I am looking forward to the opportunity to continue serving as the Vice Chair of the ONAP TSC and deeply appreciate the support of everyone in the community.
