Jack Lucas  - Try with latest/current plugin version to check if any issue noted; resync next week to determine if plugin update required.

01/27/2021 - Current version works.  k8s.1.20 does not require explicit ipv6 property - plugin can be switched to this version and Jack's comment w.r.t to naming conflict/confusion will be addressed along.
