07:34:01 From Taka Cho : INT-624
07:36:13 From mazingilbert : #Kenny We need to track chair/vice chair nominations across all subcommittees as well - not just PTLs or modeling subcommittee. Those need to be closed by end of month. Could we just add a list of those to track. Thanks!
07:36:16 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : some are the helm-verify and some are because the docker config is being worked out (seed)

07:48:20 From Murat Turpcu ( Turk Telekom) to Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) (Privately) : cagatay, turk telekom will be my proxy if anything critical pops up
07:48:38 From Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) to Murat Turpcu ( Turk Telekom) (Privately) : safe travels!
07:48:42 From Murat Turpcu ( Turk Telekom) to Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) (Privately) : thanks
07:50:01 From Murat Turpcu ( Turk Telekom) : tekrar saol
07:50:56 From Pamela Dragosh : Committer number is limited to 3-5 via the charter.
07:54:29 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : some projects have multiple effective sub-projects - so some committers work only on a subset of the code - I support multivim's expansion. Also check the info.yaml on some projects there are up to 10 committers listed - however some committers are critical some are a little inactive but not fully inactive - so the charter 5 should be person-hours not actually people
07:55:54 From Srinivasa Addepalli (Intel) : +1. Multi-CLoud has multiple plugins and technologies. I also support increasing the committers.
07:56:22 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : the reality is that companies brings teams in and out of onap - we could accomidate this - multivim has been very accomidating - even to other projects - they contributed the python library to my project
07:56:46 From Ramki Krishnan : +1
07:56:52 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : +1
07:56:53 From Chris Donley : I support expanding the number of committers for the new repos/plugins/sub-projects.
07:59:38 From Brian Hedstrom : What is the list of the 4 current plugins?
08:00:21 From Steven Wright : Are these committers tagged as component leads for the project within teh project JIRA?
08:00:43 From Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) : https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=38109905
08:00:44 From Srinivasa Addepalli (Intel) : Various public Openstack public releases, VMWare VIO, Windriver Titanium, Kubernetes and Azure.
08:00:48 From Pamela Dragosh : Maybe re-word so that its 3-5 per repo and not 3-5 per project? That would accommodate large projects or projects with many sub-projects where expertise matters.
08:02:04 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : +1 to Pamela - 3-5 per repo
08:03:33 From jianguo zeng to Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) (Privately) : should we set a percent restriction for committer/contributors?
08:03:55 From jianguo zeng : should we set a percent restriction for committer/contributors?
08:04:25 From Murat Turpcu ( Turk Telekom) : +1 to request but mazin also has a point
08:04:53 From Pamela Dragosh : Maybe M1 is where we cull the list of current committers and remove inactive ones?
08:05:02 From Catherine Lefevre : Not enough committer is impacting our capacity to accelerate our delivery.
08:05:18 From Catherine Lefevre : i think a clean-up was performed prior PTL election?
08:05:31 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : yes
08:05:50 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : committer clean up, then committer election and PTL almost the same time
08:05:53 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : I don't really see the issue - they want to accellerate their work - lets support them - in other projects like in eclipselink/oracle - anyone that contributes is in
08:07:29 From Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) : #agreed the 5 additional committers are approved
08:08:16 From Chris Donley : https://wiki.lfnetworking.org/display/LN/Lab+Strategy
08:08:40 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : Thank you!
08:08:50 From Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) : #topic Compliance and Verification committee
08:15:57 From Alla Goldner to Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) (Privately) : India
08:16:19 From Alla Goldner to Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) (Privately) : sory, was supposed to reply to Gildas :-)
08:22:26 From Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) to Michael Lando (Privately) : I’ve muted you
08:23:30 From Kenny Paul (Linux Foundation) : #topic documentation process end to end
08:24:56 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : echo to question: From Steven Wright to Everyone: 11:00 PM Are these committers tagged as component leads for the project within teh project JIRA?
08:25:44 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : Yes, I was intent to do so. I create the components for each plugin and not yet provision them with leaders
08:31:58 From Michael O'Brien (LOG, Amdocs) : will retrofit readme, wiki, readthedocs, and deprecated older content in the Dec 2017 push
08:32:52 From Alla Goldner : have to disconnect, another meeting starts...bye
08:33:43 From Srinivasa Addepalli (Intel) : @Bin, it is good idea.
08:33:48 From Brian Hedstrom : I don’t see an ONAP Channel under the LF YouTube page for How To Videos on ONAP
