The existing tooling provided a web front-end for VNF certification. This is superseded by other activities elsewhere, e.g. LFN C&V committee, and VNFSDK project, and OPNFV Dovetail.

VVP validation scripts will continue to be mantained in the existing repo and are not impacted by this epic.
