I am a bit reluctant to close this ticket. It is related to https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/browse/TSC-49#icft=TSC-49 and was discussed this AM at PTL meeting. LF will only grant access to Committers, not SMEs (unless SMEs are granted committers privileges). But besides that point, PTLs were challenging the CLM license model which is not friendly to open source community (only restricted set of people have access to the report). took the action item to bring this to TSC, to find another licensing model.
