Issue with the license scan on the JBoss lib used in SO.
Jboss is currently GPL3 license and needs to be checked for alternative as per the new license agreement.

Apache CXF is continuing to use this dependency through 3.4 (we're on 3.3.x). They do not seem to have an issue with this dependency in their hierarchy.

 

We are committed to CXF unless we remove all of our SOAP endpoints from SO. Even besides that, CXF is the major framework which handles our APIs. Switching over to anything would not be a small task.

I think in this case where there's a license mismatch there would be some precedent for this given how many projects LF has worked with.

 

If this is the only dependency that is an issue, I would file an exception or whatever we need to do
