Support v1 and v2 vnf adapter api

Description

The BPMN to VNF adapter uses the v1 API for the standard openstack adapter.

The multicloud adapter added in Casablanca used the v2 API (vnf plugin adapter).

Current use seems to require picking one or the other.

Determine if it is feasible to support both or some other solution that allows the multicloud apdater to be used for certain clouds while still using the known openstack adapter.

on what would I concur precisely? If I understand the topic correctly, the change is in SO, I'm not sure how this would affect VNFs or use cases. I believe it's communication internal to SO, right?
