Review and update scope status

Description

  • Review the work that has been accomplished for the requirement as compared to the requirement scope

  • If the work is on track, then simply add a comment "on track" and close this issue

  • if the work is not on track, then update the requirement Jira "scope status" field to "reduced scope" or "de-scoped", add an explanatory comment, and close this issue.
