Description of Use Case / Requirement:

DCAE's Data File Collector (DFC) currently supports two protocols to collect files from xNF:

• SFTP

• FTPES

None of them is really liked by CNFs, cause CNF communication world is HTTP based.

With this requirement we would like to extend DFC with ability to collect files from secured HTTP servers. By secured we mean HTTPS with authentication enabled. Certificate from CMPv2 server will protect such traffic. Supported authentication methods: either basic authentication or client certificate authentication or both.

DFC is used in 5G Bulk PM use case but both already supported protocols won't be affected by this contribution.
