Task Force to be created to invest effort in improving container compliance by:

• Building a limited set of base images, with significant auditing to understand and document their contents

• “Certify” those images for use as the base images for the rest of ONAP

• Establish a process to make the source code and license notices available for those base images

• Work collaboratively with other open source communities who are also looking at solutions to this issue, including through improvements to tooling
