MDONS Extension in Guilin Release

Description of Use Case/Requirements:

MDONS use case will be extended in R7 to fulfill the following functionalities.

  1. OOF support for Inter Domain Link/Path Selection/Optimization

  2. Asynchronous domain service activation response handling in SDNC/SO.

  3. OTN  service assurance by adding IDL failure restoration closed loop and  OTN network topology data collection (alarm analysis at Holmes and verification with ves-tttps collector and Apex-Policy-Engine)

The Guilin issue is ending soon. Please update status.
1. If the issue was partially completed, add a comment describing what was done and what remains.
2. Update the "scope status" field to "reduced scope"
3. If this issue is being continued in Honolulu, create a link to the issue, and add a comment.
4. If this requirement includes any tasks, or other issues, resolve and close those issues, or move them to an open requirement.
5. Change the status of this issue to 'Done'.

I changed the RC0 scorecard to YELLOW.  But MDONS Extension does need the following to be resolved to carry on its integration test:

1)  SDNC up and running at SB-00;

2) New SO image;

3) Latest holmes-rule to be able to load.

it would be good if you could push the scripts/artifacts releated to the MDONS repo: https://git.onap.org/integration/usecases/mdons/tree/

as far as I can see this repo is still empty.

Only the doc is concentrated in the integration reporistory.

But otherwise all the dev/BPMN/script can be stored in the dedicated mdons repo
