CPS Integration test

Description

For Rel J, it is planned to further enhance the functionality of all CPS components namely cps-core, cps-temporal and dmi-plugin. See the following page for preliminary list of CPS work items: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/CPS+R10+Release+Planning.

As a part of this jira, the integration of all cps components with each other as well as external components if any should be tested.
