Promoting an existing Istanbul TSC Best Practice to a TSC Global Requirement for Jakarta.
DoD:
Applies to all ONAP Projects.
Log data is to be outputted to STDOUT and STDERR starting in the Jakarta release.
Project teams do not have to disable or remove their current log collection implementation. This requirement asks that they enable logging to STDOUT and STDERR.
This can be accomplished by adding appenders to the logback,xml file. One for STDOUT and one for STDERR,
