Description of Use Case / Requirement:
There is currently no support for deletion of assets from SDC which results in an ever increasing footprint in the DB.
This proposal is to support the deletion of the following from SDC
VSPs
VFs
Services
The deletion in all cases will be restricted only to assets that are archived and are not used in any other assets (e.g. a VSP cannot be deleted unless it is first archived and there is no VF still existing that was created from it)
API Changes (backwards compatible):
New API endpoint required in SDC backend to support deletion of services/resources
Update in behaviour of existing SDC onboarding backend API endpoint to allow deletion of VSPs
