closing the issue with the documented workaround for Casablanca https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/86074/

The remaining issue for Dublin is tracked by https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/browse/POLICY-1650

Hi ,

Thanks for the info, that’s very helpful. I would expect jira Policy-1650 is mentioned as a known issue under 3.0.2 section on Policy readthedocs page https://docs.onap.org/en/casablanca/submodules/policy/engine.git/docs/release-notes.html. It should be short message with Jira number, jira title and short description of workaround.

Hello , the workaround is documented at : https://docs.onap.org/en/latest/submodules/policy/engine.git/docs/platform/cookbook.html   (in casablanca too).   See last section in that page.   As a  note, there is also this question that touches on it: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/questions/60891109/policy-gui-page-cannot-be-accessed.      Does that satisfy your concern with regards to documentation, do you think it should be documented in a different section in readthedocs?

Edited

, please document Policy workaround in Casablanca readthedocs. Basically as discussed, the workaround is to directly access Policy portal login page with demo/demo credential and without going through Portal. See more details in https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/browse/POLICY-1650
