Platform Maturity - Security Level 1

Description

As OOF developer I would like to support the Security Platform Maturity Requirement for the Beijing release. The target level for OOF in Beijing release is Level 1.

Specifically, this requires that the project gets:
CII Passing badge + 50% test coverage

Note: The target for test coverage was identified as 30% for OOF R2
