TLAB - ELK logging team access to ONAP master Branch

Description

We would like access to the ONAP master branch release that is being installed in the Tlab in support of the integration team. The ELK logging team would like access to the ELK code that is implemented as well as the filebeat agents on each ONAP element. This is for non-destructive testing.
