Sounds good and thanks for finding this.  I thought we were ok on the CD server after I did an AAI region PUT, then ran the init - which runs the customer init and distribute - but I did not actually use what was partially distributed because I just create my own service later.

I ended up adding the vFW heat template manually - so this is why the SDC distribute does not actually distribute properly for a while

So all above was a false positive.

I have not run distribute from the ete script just the demo script as well - will try this way
