Support externally created MariaDB instances

Description

Following components use MariaDB:

  • CDS

  • common/network-name-gen

  • DMAAP/dmaap-dr-prov

  • Modelling/etsicatalog

  • NBI

  • Policy

  • SDNC

  • SO

  • VFC

The following components do not support "external DBs"

  • CDS

  • DMAAP -> to be checked

  • Policy

  • SDNC

  • SO

  • VFC (to be checked)
