Synopsis: "Policy Team PTL ( ) requested Policy-GUI deprecation." 

• We are planning to deprecate policy-gui component (https://github.com/onap/policy-gui) in Policy Framework project from Oslo release.
   
  This component is not being used in the Policy Framework anymore. And there are no active developments on this component for the past few releases. There are no direct dependencies of policy-gui in any of the external ONAP projects.
   
  Could you please initiate the transition process for retiring this component?

Review outcome:

Policy-gui is currently not being used by any external components in ONAP. And policy-gui is dependent only on the policy-parent repo as its parent .

OOM needs to double-check its dependencies before the next TSC meeting (July 11th)
