Improve documentation for approved models

Description

As triggered in the license management model proposal, it's suggested to improve the way how modeling subcommittee is documenting the approved models.

Currently, only readthedocs are created at the end of each release.

We are nearing the end of the Guilin release. Please resolve and close this issue, or change the "fix version" field to a future release.

a wiki page (https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+Information+Model+-+Clean) has been created to capture all the clean models

the team agree to further update the subpages using the latest gendoc output of each submodel (still in progress)
