Yes I think so – there is not really a versioning spec for the jars/wars being enforced yet – it is in the queue for the LF.
I think 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT is good until we release – some are still in 1.2.x some are up to 1.3.4 – so 1.3.0 is good.

There is a docker versioning standard though that we will need to coordinate once the Jenkins jobs are up

Logging is currently using 1.2.2 up from 1.2.1 in Beijing – but some of the teams are using 1.3 (3 as in “c” release) – which is better aligned.
The official b release was 2.0.0
