POMBA: DR: non STAGING version on master for validation container

Description

Hello,

today POMBA deployment use 1.3.1 version for its "validation" container (and a version 1.3.2 exists).

 

In order to test in advance latest code (and then detect bugs ASAP), it could be interesting to use "STAGING" version (1.4.0-STAGING-latest).
