Docker container uui_ui for Usecase UI needs port mapping for 8080 to allow external access

Description

Port 8080 mapping for uui_ui is not configured in openo-server VM. We need it to allow web access from Portal.

No change is needed, as UUI will use msb and will share the same VM as msb

This one would require no change if uui_ui can stay in openo vm as uui_ui now uses msb which is also in the same VM. I will lower the priority to HIGH.

Good morning Yang. This is ticket is marked 'Highest', meaning it is a showstopper for the Amsterdam release. Will you perform the change defined in this JIRA ticket or are you expecting somebody else to do the work? thank you

Created another JIRA for UUI to fix startup.sh issue. Modify this JIRA description, we only need to add port mapping in openo-server VM uui_vm_init.sh script.

I am using Integration-SB-03 for VoLTE testing. You are right, startup.sh script inside the container exits instead of keeping running. I will re-assign it to UUI team. Thanks!
