Update or Remove Python 2

Description

Integration must complete update of the Python language (from 2.x -> 3.x)** and remove all unused versions of Python from the following repos/images.

  • robot

If there is a technical reason for continued use of Python 2, the project must file an exception in versions_xfail.txt.
