Update Event Schemas Format to the Events that NCMP manages.

Description

Need to agree on the event schema and event type that we use in the cloud events.

It should not be tied to the javatype that we use internally to generate the package structure and pojo classes for the events.

As per the decision we made. The changes are all present for the event types.

Below is valid for the events that NCMP consumes i.e numbered #2 , #3 and #6

As discussed offline regarding the usage of dataschema header field at NCMP end. I did a quick analysis and can confirm that at NCMP end we are not doing any filtering based on that field and its safe to change the dataschema when you do a upgrade and NCMP should be able to handle both the dataschema values ( as we dont have any explicit checks and its just the header value that we are changing , the data part remains the same anyways )

Although we have checks on the type and id headers , which is not relevant for this change.
