Create CLI command to output the resourceModuleName of a service model

Description

When creating HPA policies for a given service model, the resourceModuleName of the service model has to be specified in the policy. Currently this is gotten by looking through the so bpmn logs as described in Step 14 of https://onap.readthedocs.io/en/casablanca/submodules/integration.git/docs/docs_vfwHPA.html#docs-vfw-hpa
