Collate test data from wiki into AAI repository

Description

Find wiki pages that have AAI test data as attachments.
Commit the data files to AAI repository.
Update wiki to point to repository instead.

For vFW use case, https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Example+of+vFW+AAI+Update+PUT+request uses bulkadd API to do 16 transactions in a single call.

For https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/browse/POLICY-1278#icft=POLICY-1278 the change https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/85060/ includes an AAI Simulator with hard-coded data/schema objects.
