AAI-Internal server Error:500

Description

Hi,

While creating a complex object , we are getting Internal server error: 500.

All AAI pods are up & running.

I am also getting the following broadcast message:

haproxy[30236]: backend IST_AAI_8446 has no server available!

Thanks for the help. We have not faced this error again quite a long time. So, as of now we can close this JIRA. In case we get this error again, we will update the logs as suggested.

, could you get the logs from the Cassandra pods? I wonder if you are having the same problem as I saw in . In that case, I also saw the PUT respond with "internal server error" because the Cassandra had shutdown due to lack of disk space.

The workaround in that case was also to delete the Cassandra pods and let Kubernetes restart them. Everything was OK afterwards, though there is still obviously something to fix.

I don't know about how to solve it without recreating the cluster. Maybe knows more.

Venkata Harish Kajur  Keong Lim  PFB screenshots for AAI pods, all pods r running fine but still i am getting '502 Bad Gateway' while trying to create complex object from POSTMAN:

 

Please let me know how to solve it without re-creating Rancher-Kubernetes cluster.

I am using R2 release (Beijing) and as of now i do not want to update it to Casablanca.
