We will start our meetings by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

  • Non-binding TSC survey on component prioritization
    • In anticipation of a move to a component release process, we propose conducting a stacked rank survey of the TSC to determine how the TSC would prioritize existing ONAP projects
    • All projects would be included, with the exception of those that are in unmaintained status, and those that are process or infra related (e.g., DOCS, CSIT, INT, OOM).

    • Purpose is to change or eliminate release management tasks that are not productive, or that are no longer relevant, in order to reduce PTL workload.
    • Task reviews have been conducted in the PTL meeting, as well as during a release management workshop during D&TF
    • We anticipate one more PTL meeting to complete the review of the tasks, followed by one or two more meetings to gain consensus and summarize conclusions
