The active Logging Specification for Dublin is the 1.2.2 version from Casablanca - which was finalized in Nov 2018 for Casablanca

Library/spec changes are on a tick/tock cycle - spec changes in the release before they are implemented.

Any changes to the logging specification 1.2.2 for 1.4.0 in Dublin will be implemented in the E release of ONAP
