Controller_Type solution

This is the summary of the meeting held on 7/2 to decide the Casablanca solution for Controller_Type and DMaaP Topic ID.

1. We discussed each of the options enumerated below along with their pros and cons
2. There is no design for how controllers will divide the work load across multiple instances/clusters of controllers
3. Therefore it was decided to only focus on Controller_Type and not deal with multiple instances of each controller
4. John Ng brought up that the controller architecture was under discussion and that their could be changes to the division of labor between APPC and SDNC in the near future
5. Therefore it was decided to implement a minimal solution that would have as small an impact as possible on the smallest number of projects

Action items:

1. For Casablanca, SO will implement a table based solution that lists each VNF and the controller (APPC or SDNC) it will use.  The controller can be changed by simply updating the table
2. The controller teams and architecture (lead by John Ng) will pick up the larger issue of how controllers will register for services.  Their solution will be implemented in a future release.
