Problem aiming to solve

This is a refinement in papyrus model about the relationship between ETSI NSD and AID SD, changes are expect to explain

1. ONAP has 2 kinds of Service model:
   1. An AID Service is modeled in ServiceDescriptor
   2. An ETSI NFV Network Service is modeled in NSD
2. Both kinds of Service belong to DesignEntity and can describe resources that compose the Service.
3. A NSD can nest NSD(s)
4. A ServiceDescriptor can nest SD and NSD.

Changes:

1. Added reference in the Service Descriptor to a nested NSD.  The reference is optional (0..1).
