ONAP on Kubernetes (OOM) still requires an Openstack HEAT implementation to bring up virtual function VM's (and also for DCAEGEN2 to function).  This page details experiments in getting a second namespace running where we can run a parallel Kubernetes set of pods implementing Openstack.
