Discuss CLAMP integration for MOD and Chartmuseum for CL support

Discuss Chartmusuem usage from CLAMP usecases support

• Current Chartmuseum setup under OOM/platform was introduced for DCAE MOD usecases however the installation/registry itself is generic and can be extended to support other ONAP usecases needs

• Review initalization scripts documented under Wiki - DCAE MOD Flow for Helm Flow (Jakarta) (DCAE MOD Demo for J release - 2022-02-22 DCAE Meeting Notes) to see if same can be used by Policy/CLAMP team. 

• @Krzysztof Kuzmicki  working with IntegrationTeam to enable Helm based DCAE component test in gating (which will leverage the same infrastructure/setup i.e Chartmuseum/initialization scripts etc) -  related changes :

DCAEGEN2-3037 - SCope for PM-Mapper will be delivered for J release; DFC impact to be assessed in Kohn release
