Implement Project Self-Release for the Guilin Maintenance

  • Code: Bug fix on Guilin Branch then cherry pick on 'Master'
  • RTD (release note): Update the 'Guilin' RTD then cherry pick to 'latest'?
  • Deliver container(s) to Integration team and succesfully passed gating
  • OOM impact: Update container version
  • Add a tag to differentiate from the Guilin Major release
  • Communication channel to inform the ONAP community: send an e-mail to the onap-tsc distro
