We are encouraging ONAP consumers to share with us their feedback, so we could prioritize our activities and make ONAP better suited their needs and requirements.

Requesting suggestions from the TSC for content related to the ONAP and NFV liaison report for the NFV48 meeting.

If there are any developments related to ONAP, especially those related to NFV MANO, that need to be added to the liaison report, please send me an email by the deadline of November 21st.

  • @Jessica Gonzalez, is investigating, tries to find another space; need to inform to onap community a list of large-size files; will send email to the community

  • there are few abandoned drafts- candidates for removal; OK to remove...

  • PTLs need to check their meeting recordings. If there are PCC meeting recordings, please remove the mp4 files and use the PCC links.

• Jessica's Update:

• At the moment, we are 4GBs over the space limit of 250GB

• I worked with Atassian and they mentioned the following regarding unpublished pages and drafts

  • For unpublished pages, these do not contribute to the space allocated for our Cloud instance. While we can chose to remove them, it won't make a difference.

  • For abandoned drafts, these do occupy additional space specially if the owner has accidentally copied over attachments in their drafts. Removing these would require for each owner to login into Confluence -> click on their profile picture -> select drafts and remove them. These cannot be bulk removed for us, the owner of the drafts needs to do this.

  • Regarding the list of attachments,  I emailed Byung the links on how to find these lists directly in Confluence so that there is no confusion. He should have permissions to view these lists himself.

  • Check with @Byung-Woo Jun regarding list sent by Jessica.

  • @Sandra Jackson ask Jessica to forward list to PTLs.

  • If patches are fixed today, Kevin can start testing.

New bypassable workflow is in place and working. There are a couple of improvements I’m working on to avoid deprecation notices and use the correct voting github action.
