  • Do we need to vote on Special Squad concept proposed by Lukasz?

#AGREE TSC agrees in principle to form a special squad or task force to manage changes to projects that lack a PTL.  Participants and details to be determined. 

Chaker Al-Hakim will take the lead in forming the team.

  • Chaker Al-Hakim report back to TSC on initial efforts to form a special squad (see TSC notes Feb 2, 2023)
