  • Antitrust Policy Notice

We will start our meetings by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

Documentation

Release Process / Late Documentation; Self Submit

  • Thomas Kulik -
    • preliminary documentation task should not apply to only new projects and new documents. We should also have requirements for mature projects
    • Assign tasks documented in doc procedure (P02?) to milestones
    • We should have documentation tasks for subcommittees (at least arch)
  • David McBride - problem is not so much when the preliminary and final doc tasks are assigned, but whether they are properly completed. Difficult and time consuming to assess.

  • Thomas Kulik develop proposal for revising "preliminary documentation" and "finalize documentation" tasks for the release process
