We will start our meetings by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

  • 3 solutions possible: #1 status quo via releases/*.yaml; #2 Jenkins Job directly trigger; #3 Full CI/CD
    • Each project can decide which of the three solutions they wish to take, so no longer a need for a TSC vote.  - no mix-n-match with a project however.
    • Please open a ticket to pursue solutions #2 or #3

08:37:26 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : Use Groups.io with a new, common "calendar only" group that everyone joins. This implies:- All meetings are added to only to this calendar and nowhere else.- Individual list calendars are disabled and meetings are migrated to the common calendar group.- PTLs, committee chairs and anyone that asks are given edit perms for the calendar.- The built in Confluence calendar is disabled.
