06:06:11 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : #topic Dublin Release Status
06:06:23 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : @Murat thanks
06:09:55 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : Alla reviewed https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16355875
06:10:44 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : The usecase owners are responsible for completing the page
06:12:15 From Jason Hunt to Kenny Paul (LFN)(Privately) : Sorry, Kenny, was switching phones… I wish it would mute on entry!
06:12:44 From ONAP Meeting 12 : https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DW/Dublin+Release+Requirements
06:15:46 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : #topic API Freeze
06:16:16 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : only usecaseui pending review appointment
06:16:26 From Kenny Paul (LFN) : with Arch sub
06:16:45 From Tina Tsou : May I ask any update of dockerhub migration? Because I did not find new updates at https://jira.onap.org/browse/CIMAN-239
06:16:59 From Lingli : If I may clarify, UUI does not provide any outgoing API.
06:17:28 From Lingli : It only consumes the API others provide.
06:19:16 From ONAP Meeting 12 : @Thanks Lingli for your feedback but I think there is still a need from the Architecture team to review UUI
06:19:32 From ONAP Meeting 12 : so they can validate their Dublin Architecture document
06:19:56 From Jessica : DockerHub migration is still under progress with the writting of the needed global-jjb templates. Nothing changed for now for ONAP yet since the work to automate Nexus2 releases is taking priority.
06:21:04 From Lingli : Pleasew
06:21:18 From ONAP Meeting 12 : is Viswa on the call or any Verizon proxy? thanks
06:21:59 From Lingli : advise what need to be reviewed for M3 achitecture review.
06:22:21 From Lingli : in addition to API
06:22:34 From Mehmet Toy-Verizon : I don't have the Proxy.
06:23:43 From ONAP Meeting 12 : Thanks Mehmet for your feedback
06:24:07 From ONAP Meeting 12 : @Lingli, here are few examples of what they are reviewing - Holmes: https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DW/Holmes+R4+Dublin+Architecture+Review
06:24:20 From ONAP Meeting 12 : Portal: https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DW/Portal+R4+M3+Architecture+Review
06:24:54 From ONAP Meeting 12 : May i suggest to drop an e-mail to Architecture subcommittee so they can better answer what they are looking for UUI?
06:27:34 From Tony Hansen : my concern is the hidden cost of losing direct access to the history. how many hours will be lost in the future by trying to track down where the previous repo was in order to look at the history, multiplied by how often that will happen in the future.
06:30:47 From Keong Lim k00759777 : initial commit could contain the README pointing to the old repo
06:31:57 From Keong Lim k00759777 : AAI already went through a similar change with the schema files moved from aai-common to schema-service repo
06:31:59 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : I assume the history commit message will be still available in oom repo, though not directly retrievable ?
06:32:06 From Lingli : Thanks for the examples.
06:32:45 From Dan Timoney : I can live with having to go back to OOM for history prior to the move … not ideal, of course, but workable.
06:34:53 From ONAP Meeting 12 : @Bin - this is my understanding - history not lost but still in oom - mitigated action: add a note in README file in the project root repo to inform any developer about the fact that histpry from that date is in OOM
06:34:57 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : me too.
06:35:20 From Tony Hansen : 36 hours is cheap in order to keep the history
06:35:57 From Keong Lim k00759777 : how about cloning OOM repo into (for example) AAI/OOM repo, then delete the extraneous files? then the files that remain have full history
06:35:59 From Jessica : 36 hrs can be paralelized if the PTLs help out in each repo rather than 1 person doing it
06:36:07 From ChrisC (AT&T) : especially this is deployment related, I can understand the need to look back in time to understand a few things, but you're mostly interested in the actual version of a deployment, far less than actual code/methods and understand why/how they were introduced... my 2 cents at least
06:36:27 From Tina Tsou : Thanks Jessica, When do you expect the dockerhub migration will happen? As the CI/CD on AArch64 is 0% complete, because of depending dockerhub migration. We put the percentage in projects being migrated but they may be migrated in bulk, once dockerhub migration takes place.
06:36:53 From Tony Hansen : sounds like a topic for PTL meeting and postpone vote now
06:37:59 From Timo Perala (Nokia) : Support Tony's proposal
06:38:03 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : +1 Alexis - in the past when we moved from CVS to SVN and SVN to GIT in other companies - we always maintained the history - since the core of snap is the source - we need an unbroken history - even though the old history is in the old repo - I can help with my repos - ie: a file structure radically changes in the yams between the releases
06:38:28 From Jonathan Gathman : AAF PTL - Need clear step-by-step instructions to do this.
06:39:01 From Taka Cho : +1 preserve history, but need instructions.
06:40:09 From Dan Timoney : +1 to Tony’s proposal to discuss at PTL call
06:40:11 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : agree, we need very clear instructions on how that can be done by PTL or committers.
06:40:18 From Keong Lim k00759777 : https://help.github.com/en/articles/splitting-a-subfolder-out-into-a-new-repository
06:40:21 From Jessica : Tina, unfortunatelly not in the next month at least.. The idea has been not yet presented to the TSC meeting..
06:40:27 From Jessica : formally
06:40:46 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : Right commits will cause temporary issues as helm + config pairs come in across room and project repos for old docker vers - like Jessica mentions
06:40:47 From Eric Debeau : #info we must also analyze the impact on gating
06:40:52 From Bin Yang (Wind River) : if the decision is to preserve commit history
06:40:56 From ONAP Meeting 12 : yep - worth value to move wiht the alternative aproach even if we need to invest - PTLs we are looking for your feedback during next PTL call
06:41:08 From Alexis de Talhouët : Eric, I’m not too scared for gating, we can sync up, I have idea that works
06:41:21 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : doing
06:41:36 From Jim Baker (LFN) : Agreed to review Helm Chart history migration at PTL meeting
06:41:52 From Eric Debeau : @Alexis, Ok, but we must check it
06:41:55 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : #topic calendar/bridge management - Kenny bot

06:43:40 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : Slide #3 needed
06:44:01 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : slide 3 visible
06:44:24 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : will upload details to meeting min
06:44:32 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : active calendars on slide 3
06:45:12 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : moderator(s) for each list - no cross calendar moderation across lists
06:45:50 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : most moderators are bridge managers - can setup zoom
06:46:43 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : zoom bridge distribution, onap1 reserved, tsc chair, arch/seccom, oof/sdc/sdnc, modelling, ucsub, 6xdiscuss for rest - sorry
06:47:16 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : 2+ bridge mgrs - usually list moderators
06:47:35 From ONAP Meeting 12 : @Keong - thanks for your information
06:48:10 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : if(person.recordPermission = true) bridge.manager.state = maybe
06:48:15 From ONAP Meeting 12 : @Jessica - can you also explore the procedure suggested by Keong - it could be another fast alternative to keep history when we transfer OOM repor under project
06:48:28 From Tina Tsou : Thanks Jessica, Arm community cannot afford to wait for another month. How can we facilitate you to present the idea to TSC meeting earlier than later?
06:48:41 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : meeting.preservation.state=should-be-able-to-maintain-#
06:50:12 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : q) after weekend, resubscribe? A) kenny.bot to do = drop subscriptions to existing calendar sunday, monday resubscribe

06:54:21 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : goto onap-discuss - to see all c's
06:55:20 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : lists via zoom bridges? Alex
06:55:39 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : zoom-groups.io integration pending
06:55:59 From Jessica : thanks Keong, I will try that last one.. I need to see what the commands do with the merge commits (which cannot be committed into a new repo since the code lenght reaches the limit + merge commits are not associated to a JIRA by design) and what does do for commits with files modified from other subfolders.
06:56:33 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : use zoom mgmt for outlook, gcal - problems with gcal - unidirectional pipe - no back propagation - hence groups.io
06:57:55 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : kenny point out - click "your calendar" to view list aggregation - or try single calendar - hit "subs to cal"
06:58:48 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : I like it! I like it a lot! thanks Kenny
06:59:43 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : #topic preserve sanity of meeting ids - every other #sub #topic secondary - Alex

07:04:57 From Keong Lim k00759777 : put all bridges on https://lists.onap.org/g/onap-calendar-help ?
07:05:04 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : a) bridge info must be updated in the calendar - must be fork-join distributed effort - to take the capacity off single-threaded kenny
07:06:31 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : meeting.owner (not calandar, or meeting) - must update "meetiong+alpha...+or+by+Day
07:07:02 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : Thttps://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Meetings+Alphabetically+or+by+Day

07:10:09 From Jonathan Gathman : AAF PTL - not a big deal to resubscribe for me.
07:10:48 From Jonathan Gathman : The only thing is to be told to do it. This has been done.
07:11:30 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : continuing transcribe
07:12:04 From Vijay VK (AT&T) : Is there a change to PTL meeting time for Monday or does it remain under current UTC time? Noticed there was poll initated, wondering if this was finalized.
07:12:06 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : q) which calendar to subscribe to: since it is a 1:m - you get all "m" meetings for that zoom
07:12:48 From ONAP Meeting 12 : Only 18 mins left and we have 2 topics to address
07:13:30 From Michael O'Brien(LOG,Amdocs) : there is a 5-10% conflict when adjacent meetings with the same zoom # don't handoff the meet - solution was to use a personal zoom in that case

07:15:09 From Keong Lim k00759777 : needs another wiki page
